Pricing, with no asterisk
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. A different plan starts straight away. If you pay for the same plan in advance, the new period is added to the end of the current one.
What is “file traffic”?
The weight of the course videos and sold files your customers watch or download. Your store’s pages and the checkout are never counted.
What if I go over my traffic?
Only hosted videos wait for a pack or the next month. Downloads, audio, store pages and checkout keep working.
And if I go over my order quota?
Your store keeps taking payments. To handle the orders beyond the quota, add a pack (+100 orders, 4,000 FCFA) or move up a plan: they are released at once.
Which currency do I pay my subscription in?
Plans are billed in FCFA, by Mobile Money or card. That only concerns your subscription: your store sells in the currency you choose.
How does the yearly offer work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. The amount is paid in one go.
