What you get, and how it works
- Zones down to the neighbourhood
- Country, region, city, neighbourhood: the most precise zone wins. “Bonabéri”, “bonaberi” and “BONABERI” are the same place.
- Rates your way
- By amount, weight or number of items, with a per-item surcharge if you need one. Free delivery above a threshold.
- In-store pickup
- The customer comes to collect the order. No address to type, no fee.
- Your couriers, as they are
- A name, a phone number, and a tracking page only if one exists. The shipping email tells the customer who to call.
- A delivery note that helps
- On A5 or a thermal ticket, with the customer’s phone and the balance to collect. The ticket stops where the text stops.
- Failed delivery, stock recovered
- One click: the stock is released, the order cancelled, the deposit kept.

Frequently asked questions
My couriers have no tracking website. Is that a problem?
No. In Komerxe, a carrier is first a name and a phone number. The tracking link only appears if you provide one.
What if a product has no weight?
It counts as zero. A missing weight never blocks a sale.
Can I deliver abroad?
Yes. Create a zone per country or a “rest of the world” zone, and show your prices in your customers’ currency.
