What people ask us before they start
Is it really free?
Yes. The Départ plan is free for as long as you like: 30 orders a month with a catalogue, haggling and follow-ups. You move to a paid plan when your sales call for it.
How do I receive my money?
Online payments go through Wajub and land in your own Wajub account, which you connect to your shop from the settings. Check fees, withdrawal conditions and timing with Wajub before your first sale.
My customers have no email address. Is that a problem?
No. A phone number is enough to order a physical item. An email is only asked for to receive a digital product, a course or a licence.
Can I sell to customers abroad?
Komerxe offers 152 catalogue currencies. Payment availability depends on your Wajub account and the countries involved. For physical products, configure only destinations served by your carriers.
I already sell on WhatsApp. What does this change?
You keep WhatsApp to talk to your customers. Komerxe handles the catalogue, payment, stock and order tracking. WhatsApp messages are prepared for you to send from your own number.
What happens if I go over my order quota?
Your shop stays online and keeps taking payments. To handle the orders beyond your quota, add 100 more orders (4,000 FCFA) or change plan.
