Figures that mean the same thing everywhere.
A revenue figure that changes depending on the screen you read it on is useless. Here, every report reads the same ledger.
In detail
What you get, and how it works
- Four reports
- Sales, Products, Customers and Traffic. Each can be exported.
- One ledger
- Gross sales, minus discounts, minus refunds, equals net sales. The same definitions from the dashboard to the statement.
- In your shop’s time zone
- Days are cut at midnight where you are, not where a distant server is.
- Honest comparisons
- A period in progress is compared with the same elapsed time of the previous period, or of the previous year.
- Traffic and conversion
- Visits, first-touch sources, path to purchase, conversion rate. Bots are excluded.
- A dashboard that starts with what to do
- To collect, to ship, today’s agenda, stock alerts, latest orders. The charts come after.
Also included
- Sales by product type
- Best sellers
- New customers
- Average order
- A page per customer
- Your shop’s Core Web Vitals
Frequently asked questions
What is a “new customer”?
A customer whose first paid order falls within the period. Not simply someone who bought during the period.
Is tax included in my sales?
No. Gross sales exclude tax, so your figures stay comparable whatever the destination country.
Can I take my figures out?
Yes. The sales and product reports can be exported, as can your orders and your customers.
